This is about us and you. First a little about us.
John was born in Montebello, CA and grew up in Long Beach, CA and Fontana, CA.
Jeanette was born in Vernal, UT and grew up in Vernal, Moses Lake, WA and Monterey Park, CA which was where we met at the age of 10 (she lived close to my aunt and uncle).
We have been married for 48 years, but have know each other since we were 10 years old.
Jeanette is a wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She worked outside the home for Savon Drugs for 28 years and then retired and now works part time at Talbots.
John is a husband, father, grandfather, computer operator and truck driver (20 years in computing and then 25 years driving a truck). He retired and is now working part time test driving cars like Mercedes and Porsche (pronounced poor-sha). It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it…and of course, he’s an entrepreneur!
Jeanette and John have two daughters, two great sons-in-law and six awesome grandchildren.
Our oldest granddaughter is married and has graduated from BYU as has her husband.
Our next oldest grandson completed a church mission in Argentina and is attending BYU and is now married and his wife is a senior at BYU.
The next grandson is attending BYU and preparring for a church mission in Portugal.
Now, the next grandson is 12 years old and is going into Jr. High School – he is a special needs child having Down Syndrome and he is doing wonderfully – he has so much love.
One more grandson to go and he is 10 and fantastic as is his 8 year old sister, our last granddaughter.
Maybe this isn’t interesting to everyone, but it shows who our family is.
Jeanette’s interests are sewing, quilting keeping a spotless home, cooking, traveling and Disneyland/Mickey Mouse.
John’s interests are NASCAR, hot rods, custom cars and all interesting vehicles, traveling, reading crime/detective books, Disneyland and (of course)being an entrepreneur with Global Resorts Network.
But, ahead of our interests, we are active in our church and love the Lord.
